Refunds

All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

The team will work on the refund after the product is received. Refunds take 3-5 business days to appear in your original form of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the product delivery. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

To return your product, you should click Return in Order section.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellation

Orders can’t be cancelled once its shipped, however, if the product is eligible for return, you can return the same in accordance to our return policy.

Refusing to accept your order at your doorstep will be considered as return & refund will be issued as per return policy.

You can cancel the order before it is shipped by visiting the my account page or by contacting customer support.

Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
